Vancouver, B.C. – August 19, 2024, - TheNewswire - CleanGo Innovations Inc. (CSE:CGII), (OTC:CLGO.F) , (FRA:APO2) s pleased to announce the results of the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held Friday, August 16, 2024 (the "Meeting").
All of the matters submitted to shareholders at the Meeting were approved by over 98% of shareholder votes or higher, including the election of all management nominees to the board of directors, the re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditors for the ensuing year, and re-approval of the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.
At the Meeting, the Company's shareholders re-elected all of the Company's current board of directors

The Company further announces that Mr. Eugene Chen had, prior to the meeting date, advised the Board that he would not be standing for re-election as a Director.
